CAROLINE PERKINS Abstract Painter
STATEMENT
Abstract painter working in acrylics and oils with a sustained focus on layered markmaking and expressive composition. My practice engages themes of geological and coastal time, residue, and emotional interiority—materiality as a vehicle for meaning rather than ornament. Work rooted in intuitive, process-led methodology with attention to material behaviour and tonal architecture.
